Dia 5. 14.5 Km, el largo de esta semana!!!

And with 14.5 Km I finish my training of the week, with the routine planned for the weekends generally the long run, since the weekends we have more time, and this way relaxed we enjoy more time in the asphalt. My ling run training, was full of climbs, downhills, straights, very varied, we chose for this week a very good route, where the first 5 Km are climbs, kilometer 4 and 5 with stronger climbs, then comes the reward until kilometer 8, from there a slight climb of 2 km, arriving at km 10 with the reward of the most beautiful view of the world, my beautiful beach, from there the next 4 km to get home are almost straight, of course with even less strength because of the mileage that is already carried over.
Trate de hacer mi long run en zona 2, la zona recomendada para los largos, me senti comoda, pero ya casi al finalizar como en el kilometro 13, senti una sed insasiable, a pesar de que lleve mi hidratacion, una botellita de agua, y otra con papelon, limon, sal, no me fueron suficiente para el recorrido, habia mucha humedad en el ambiente, transpire mucho, estaba loca por llegar a casa por la sed que tenia.Generalmente no troto los Domingos sino los sabados, pero el dia sabado amanecio con una lluvia intensa que no me permitio salir, y en la tarde los entrenamientos largos no me agradan mucho.
I tried to do my long run in zone 2, the recommended zone for long runs, I felt comfortable, but almost at the end of the run at about kilometre 13, I felt unbearably thirsty, even though I took my hydration, a small bottle of water, and another with lemon juice, lemon, salt, they were not enough for the run, it was very humid, I perspired a lot, I was crazy to get home because I was so thirsty. Generally I don't run on Sundays but on Saturdays, but Saturday morning was rainy and I couldn't go out, and I don't like long training sessions in the afternoon.Ya terminada una semana seguimos con los entrenamientos para la proxima carrera, estoy muy emocionada de que llegue este dia, ya que vere a muchos de los integrantes del equipo de HIVERUN, algunos que cocnoci en caracas durante la CAF, y otros que voy a cocnocer, se que la pasaremos muy bien, y haremos una buena representacion de HIVERUN en la carrera porque todos nos estamos preparando bien, he leido los entrenamientos de cada uno y si que estan bien activos.
Already finished a week we continue with the training for the next race, I am very excited about this day, because I will see many of the members of the HIVERUN team, some that I met in Caracas during the CAF, and others that I will meet, I know that we will have a great time, and we will make a good representation of HIVERUN in the race because we are all preparing well, I have read the training of each one and if they are very active.
