Despues de realizar mi calentamiento comence con las velocidades realice 10 series de 400 mts con recuperacion de entre 1 minutos y 30 segundos. Comence con bastante intensidad, un error, ya que debemos ir de menos a mas, pero bueno gracias a Dios me equilibre, luche con mi mente para terminar las 10 series planificadas, ya en la 8 queria abortar, pero me dije, hay que ser fuerte, baje un poco la intensidad, y mantenia aun mi zona 3 - 4, para hacer el entrenamiento en los parametros indicados para este tipo de entrenamiento que es generalmente zona 4 y 3.
