Gracias a Dios cuando llegamos al estadio estaba abierto, inicie mi entrenamiento con un calentamiento de 1,5 km, a un ritmo controlando preparando el cuerpo para las series, el trabajo para hoy se baso en series de 400 mts con 200 mts de recuperacion. Sin duda alguna a pesar de que ya me agradan un poco mas las series no es lo mio, es un trabajo necesario pero si que no disfruto solo al terminar jejeje. Realice 8 series de 400 mts con recuperacion de 200 mts, hoy no mire relojo, solo trabaje sensaciones, no me exigi mucho en las series solo un poco de velocidad mas de lo normal. Si que se hacen eternas estas series. Ya al faltarme una sola me digo , lo lograste. Bueno gracais a Dios se dio en entrenamiento, el clima bueno, y el estadio solo para nosotros lo mejor de todo.

Today we're training in the morning, which makes it hard to get up, but it's best to train early because the weather isn't so intense. Before going to the stadium, I did some warm-up exercises at home to get a head start, as the stadium opens at 6:00 am and I have to make the most of my time as I have work in the morning. This is a downside of training in the mornings, as I have to time myself carefully, but even so, it's worth training early, as you get more rest and you're home in the evening.
Thank God the stadium was open when we arrived. I started my training with a 1.5 km warm-up at a controlled pace to prepare my body for the sets. Today's workout was based on 400 m sets with 200 m recovery. Without a doubt, even though I like the sets a little more now, they're not my thing. It's necessary work, but I don't enjoy it until it's over, ha ha ha. I did eight sets of 400 metres with 200 metres of recovery. Today I didn't look at my watch, I just worked on how I felt. I didn't push myself too hard in the sets, just a little faster than normal. These series do seem to last forever. With just one to go, I tell myself, you did it. Well, thank God it was in training, the weather was good, and the stadium was just for us, which was the best part.

Nos ayuda en el desarrollo de la actividad física para evitar lesiones y por cualquiera que sea la razón, el tiempo es limitante del entrenamiento, cuando hay cosas pendientes e impostergables.
