Seguimos con los entrenamientos en el estadio. Esta semana hemos optado por hacer nuestros entrenamientos en el estadio, de esta manera darle a nuestras piernas menos impacto. Se puede hacer algo engorroso entrenar el estadio, sobre todo los kilometros que pasan los 5K, pero hasta se convierte en un tipo de trabajo mental, ya que debemos ser fuertes para cumplir con nuestro entrenamientos. Para el dia de hoy, por ser jueves, tocaba un entrenamiento de velocidad. Salimos de casa bien temprano, el clima si que estaba super agradble, estaba hasta frio, y esto si es raro por mi zona, ya que estamos en la costa, me senti super bien al sentir ese friito. Hoy fuimos bien temprano al estadio, gracias a Dios ya estaba abierto, ya estaban unos entrenadores de beisbol, activos en el estadio. Inicie mi entrenamientoi con un calentamiento de 2K, luego inicie haciendo series de 200 X 200 mt, complete los 4K, luego termine con un kilometro de enfriamiento.

Me senti comoda con mi entrenamiento de este dia, lo disfrute mas que otros dias, ya saben las velocidades no son mis entrenamientos favoritos, pero si que son necesario. mantuve una buena hidratacion durante el entrenamiento, gracias a Dios no termine muy cansada, quiere decir que vamos bien con los entrenamientos. Ahora toca un dia de descanso para luego realizar el largo de la semana. Y seguimos preparandonos para la CAF 2026, con todo.

We continue with our training sessions at the stadium. This week we have decided to do our training at the stadium, so as to reduce the impact on our legs. Training at the stadium can be a bit tedious, especially when you're running more than 5K, but it becomes a kind of mental exercise, as we have to be strong to complete our training sessions. Today, being Thursday, it was time for a speed training session. We left home very early. The weather was really pleasant, even cold, which is unusual for my area, as we are on the coast. I felt great feeling that chill. Today we went to the stadium very early, thank God it was already open, and there were already some baseball coaches active in the stadium. I started my training with a 2K warm-up, then I started doing 200 X 200 metre series, completed the 4K, then finished with a kilometre cool-down.

I felt comfortable with my training today. I enjoyed it more than other days. You know, speed training isn't my favourite, but it is necessary. I stayed well hydrated during training, and thankfully I didn't end up too tired, which means we're doing well with the training. Now it's time for a day of rest before doing the long run of the week. And we continue to prepare for CAF 2026, with everything we've got.
