Saludos amigos

Seguimos con una semana de descarga de los entrenamientos en via a la media maraton, esto para descansar un poco, claro manteniendonos activos, pero sin muchos kilometros, y menos cargas, tambien hemos tomado esta semana de recuperacion, ya que estare junto a mi esposo participando en la carrera de mi pueblito, y cerrando cpon esta carrera mis participaciones de este año. Hoy fuimos al estadio a entrenar, bueno esta semana sera puro estadio, gramita, que rico me encanta, y mis pies si que me lo agradecen tambien. Hoy salimos a la jora de siempre, pero parecia que salieramos de madrugada porque aun estaba muy oscurom tanto que las luces de la navidad en los arboles aun iluminaban mucho por lo oscuro que era. El entrenamiento pautado para este dia fueron 30 minutos o 5 kilometros en grama lo que orimero se cumpliera, y por su piuesto fueron los 30 minutos, aun ritmo bien comodo, disfrutando del entrenamiento y del agradable clima decembrino.

El ultimo kilometro trabaje unos pequeños spring de 100 mts, y 50 mts, que entrenamiento para bueno, si que me lo disfrute, pocos kilometrso, ritmo muy comodo, y clima super agradable. En el estadio estos dias nos hemos encontrados varios compañeros runners, si que estan activos por la carrera del fin de semana, me encanta ver a la gente muy animada. Y por supuesto todos apoyando esta actividad, atrayendo a mas runners a esta maravillosa pasion.

We are continuing with a week of light training in preparation for the half marathon, to rest a little, of course, while staying active, but without covering many kilometers and with less weight. We have also taken this week to recover, as I will be joining my husband in participating in the race in my little town, which will be my last race this year. Today we went to the stadium to train. Well, this week will be all stadium, grass, which I love, and my feet are grateful too. Today we went out at the usual time, but it felt like we were leaving at dawn because it was still so dark that the Christmas lights on the trees were still shining brightly because it was so dark. The training scheduled for today was 30 minutes or 5 kilometers on grass, whichever came first, and of course it was 30 minutes, at a comfortable pace, enjoying the training and the pleasant December weather.

The last kilometer I worked on some short sprints of 100 meters and 50 meters, which was good training. I really enjoyed it: just a few kilometers, a very comfortable pace, and super nice weather. At the stadium these days, we've met several fellow runners who are active for the weekend race. I love seeing people so excited. And of course, everyone is supporting this activity, attracting more runners to this wonderful passion.
