Recibal un cordial saludos. Aqui estamos a pesar de las adversidades nos las ingeniamos para seguir adelante con los entrenamientos. El dia de ayer nos tocaba hacer el largo, pero lamentablemente debido a los acontecimientos en mi pais por seguridad no salimos, hicimos algunos ejercicios en casa. Hoy dia Domingo a pesar de que esta todo calmado aun con la incertidumbre, mi esposo y yo preferimos seguir resguradados, pero no queriamos dejar de entrenar, asi que decidimos hacerlo dentro de la urbanizacion, un lugar seguro, y asi no paramos los entrenamientos. Claro como es un espacio pequeño, alrededor de 400 mts una vuelta completa, si que es duro hacer un largo aqui, lo maximo son alrededor de 10 km. Nos levantamos temprano, y con buen clima salimos hacer nuestro entrenamiento, todo estaba en silencio, aun todos los vecinos durmiendo gracias a Dios, asi es mas comodo, y no hay carros en las calles.

Me senti bien comoda entrenando dentro de mi urbanizacion, inicie mi primer kilometro a un ritmo promedio de 7:34 min/Km, luego fui progresivamente bajando el ritmo, en el kilometro 6 mantuve un 5:45 min/Km, en total hice 8,39 Km, 53:19 minutos andando, ya que se nos iba hacer tarde para ir a la misa. Si que se siente bien entrenar cerca de casa, ya que si uno tienen aguna necesidad esta en su lugar seguro, tenia la hidratacion alli frente a la puertica de mi casa, asi no cargaba nada encima. SEguimos entrenando, en nombre de Dios veremos como se manisfiestan los acontecimientos en mi pais.

Warm greetings. Here we are, despite the adversities, we manage to keep going with our training. Yesterday was our long run day, but unfortunately, due to the events in my country, we did not go out for safety reasons and did some exercises at home instead. Today, Sunday, even though everything is calm despite the uncertainty, my husband and I prefer to stay safe, but we didn't want to stop training, so we decided to do it within the residential complex, a safe place, so we didn't have to stop training. Of course, as it is a small space, around 400 metres for a complete lap, it is hard to do a long run here, the maximum is around 10 km. We got up early, and with good weather we went out to do our training. Everything was quiet, with all the neighbours still asleep, thank God, which made it more comfortable, and there were no cars on the streets.

I felt very comfortable training within my neighbourhood. I started my first kilometre at an average pace of 7:34 min/km, then I gradually slowed down. At kilometre 6, I maintained a pace of 5:45 min/km. In total, I did 8.39 km in 53:19 minutes, as we were going to be late for mass. It feels good to train close to home, because if you need anything, you're in a safe place. I had my water bottle right outside my front door, so I didn't have to carry anything with me. We'll keep training, and in God's name, we'll see how events unfold in my country.
