Explorando una nueva ruta 🏃🏽♀️🔥❤️🙏🏽

Saludos amigos
ENGLISH VERSION
Greetings friends
Sunday, grateful for a wonderful day that I enjoyed to the fullest, exploring a new route, the first time I've done this route, which for me was a total of 22.42 kilometers. I enjoyed it to the fullest, they were wonderful kilometers, with very good company, where I went very calmly, enjoying the view, enjoying the surroundings with very friendly people, who were excited when they saw us pass by, They knew where we came from and where we were going, and they gave us a lot of encouragement. It was a truly wonderful route, passing by cocoa farms. I didn't take many photos along the way, since everyone was going at their own pace and we were at different distances from each other, and I was afraid to take out my cell phone because there were some very lonely stretches, but I was tempted because there were beautiful landscapes.
To do this training, we went with the group. We met up very early to take advantage of the weather and the low temperatures in the early hours of the day. The weather was our best ally in this training, as it remained cool. My personal goal for this training session was to build endurance and keep my heart rate stable. When my watch alerted me that I had reached a heart rate of 155 bpm, I slowed down and took deep breaths. In the end, a friend and I were the last ones in the group. At kilometer 18, our other friend couldn't keep up, I calculated that I had about 5 kilometers left, and since we were already close, I separated from her and continued jogging until the end. I was calmer because I was leaving her closer to the finish line. I also kept a gentle pace to accompany her for as many kilometers as possible, and that way I also trained my heart rate. At the end, in the last few meters, there was a slight incline that was a bit difficult for me. I had to take a few steps, and then I reached the square where the rest of the group was, including my husband, who was waiting for me with a Gatorade for recovery. It was a total of 22.42 kilometers, with a total time of 2:41:01 and an average pace of 7:11 min/km.
