Saludos amigos. Ya estamos en la ultima semana previo a la CAF 2026!!!!πππ½π. Que emocion, me imagino como estaran todos, faltando tan pocos dias para volvernos a reunir todos en el asfalto, la fiesta deportiva mas esperada por todos en Venezuela. Yo estoy muy emocionada, mi corazΓ³n late a mil, si que tengo elevada la frecuencia cardiaca ππ. Y para drenar un poco la emocion, e iniciar la semana de descarga, hoy fui al estadio, a correr unos pocos kilometros entre zona 1 y zona 2. Hoy al llegar al estadio aun se observaba la luna, estaba bien redondita y brillante, un maravilloso regalo para el inicio de esta semana. Y gracias a Dios se logro el entrenamiento en esta zona, tranquila, disfrutando de la tranquilidad del estadio, la fresca brisa de la maΓ±ana, y una musica bien suave, un entrenamiento bien relajante, ideal para comenzar la semana de descarga, una semana ideal para los que vamos por 21K. Mantuve un control de la frecuencia cardiaca en mayor porcentaje alrededor de 100-120 ppm, arrojandome un promedio de 109 ppm, realice un total de 5Km, que arrojaron un tiempo de 42 minutos a un ritmo de 8:27 min/Km.

I can only imagine how everyone must be feeling, with just a few days to go before we all get together again on the asphalt for the most eagerly awaited sporting event in Venezuela. I'm very excited, my heart is racing, my heart rate is definitely elevated ππ. And to calm my nerves a little and start the week off right, today I went to the stadium to run a few kilometers between zone 1 and zone 2. Today, when I arrived at the stadium, the moon was still visible, round and bright, a wonderful gift to start the week.And thank God I was able to train in this area, enjoying the tranquility of the stadium, the cool morning breeze, and soft music. It was a very relaxing workout, ideal for starting the taper week, an ideal week for those of us going for 21K. I kept my heart rate in the higher range of around 100-120 bpm, averaging 109 bpm. I ran a total of 5 km, which took 42 minutes at a pace of 8:27 min/km.

Una semana donde debemos cuidar mucho el descanso vital un descanso nocturno completo, asi mismo debemos cuidar la hidratacion, y alimentacion. Este tipo de entrenamiento es fabuloso, porque le da a uno tiempo de entrar en una conversaciΓ³n interna, pensar, reflexionar, un entrenamiento que se le puede sacar el maximo provecho. Al terminar mi entrenamiento de hoy, me senti mu feliz, y agradecida, por ya estar aqui en la ultima semana previo al gran dia, si que vamos a disfrutar de cada momento antes y despues de la carrera. Esta semana de tapering es fundamental bajar el volumen, y mantener la calidad con distancias cortas.
