Dia Domingo, dia oficial para el entrenamiento largo de la semana, rumbo a la CAF 2026. Hoy la cita para la salida fue aun mas temprano, ya que era mas largo, y fuerte el camino, lleno de cuestas, por lo que nos ibamos a demorar un poco mas, asi que la cita fue a las 5:40 am, para salir en grupo, antes de salir me comi un trozo de pan con queso, tome cafe, me lleve hidratacion, un gel, y mis bocadillitos de platano, iba bien blindada para esta ruta ya que sabia que iba a gastar mucha energia por el esfuerzo de las cuestas. Llegamos al lugar de encuentro, gracias a Dios todos llegaron temprano, calentamos un poco, y partida, salimos a esta gran ruta, para mi era la primera vez que la hacia, por lo que estaba algo ansiosa, porque se lo fuerte que es. Inicie manteniendo un ritmo suave los primeros kilomeytros, ya que desde el kilometro 2 enfrentamos las cuestas fuerte, iba mentalizada hacer un uso equilibrado de la energia, los primeros 12 Kilometros con muchas cuestas encontrando el maximo desnivel en el kilometro 7 de 126 metros, mantuve mi plan de hidratacion, geles, snack, durante toda la ruta, lo cual me hizo muy bien, ya que a pesar del cansancio por los kilometros recorridos no senti fatiga, ni mareo, lo cual me habia afectado en mi ultimo fondo de 17Km.

Fue realmente maravilloso llegar a este hermoso pueblo que les invito cnocer Rio Caribe, al ver el aviso con la palabra Rio Caribe, me senti muy feliz por culminar de manera exitosa la ruta, ya que me senti bien, no llegue cansada, hice un buen uso de la energia ya que aun tenia energia, si que me dije esta funcionando el plan de entrenamiento, y alimentacion, ya que los resultados lo demuestra la condicion en que terminamos un entrenamiento. Al llegar al pueblo estuvimos un rato esperando que llegaran todos, y nos tomamos lindas capturas fotograficas, si que fue un buen tiempo. Asi culminamos esta semana de entrenamiento rumbo a la CAF 2025.

Sunday, the official day for the long training session of the week, heading towards CAF 2026. Today, the meeting time for the outing was even earlier, as it was longer and the route was tougher, full of hills, so we were going to take a little longer. so the meeting time was 5:40 am, to leave as a group. Before leaving, I ate a piece of bread with cheese, drank coffee, took hydration, a gel, and my banana snacks. I was well prepared for this route as I knew I was going to expend a lot of energy due to the effort of the hills. We arrived at the meeting point. Thankfully, everyone arrived early. We warmed up a bit and set off on this great route. It was my first time doing it, so I was a bit anxious because I know how tough it is. I started off at a gentle pace for the first few kilometres, as from kilometre 2 we faced some steep hills. I was determined to use my energy wisely. The first 12 kilometres had many hills, with the maximum elevation gain of 126 metres at kilometre 7. I stuck to my plan of hydration, gels, and snacks throughout the route, which worked very well for me. because despite the fatigue from the kilometres covered, I did not feel tired or dizzy, which had affected me in my last 17-kilometre run.

It was truly wonderful to arrive at this beautiful town, which I invite you to visit, Rio Caribe. When I saw the sign with the words Rio Caribe, I felt very happy to have successfully completed the route, as I felt good, I wasn't tired, I made good use of my energy as I still had energy left, and I said to myself that the training and nutrition plan was working, as the results show in the condition in which we finished the training. When we arrived in the village, we waited a while for everyone to arrive, and we took some nice photos. It was a good time. That's how we ended this week of training on the way to CAF 2025.
