Ruta larga con cambios de ritmo.🏃🏽♀️🔥😎

Saludos amigos
ENGLISH VERSION
Greetings friends
Friday, up early for the day's training. Today we had to train in the morning, as it was going to be difficult in the afternoon, so we decided to get up early and not miss training. Discipline and focus are always the hallmarks of all our projects. At 5:30 a.m., we were already active on the track. For today, we had planned a change of pace, so that our bodies could adapt to different types of impulses and conditions. If we don't do this, our bodies won't be able to cope with hostile conditions; they will shut down immediately. Working on this is quite a challenge, but as we make it a normal part of our training, our minds and bodies adapt to it as something normal. For me, this is the part I need to work on the most: staying in these hostile conditions for a long time. We started the training with some active warm-up exercises, then we began with 2 kilometres at zone 2 pace, followed by 3 kilometres at zone 3, then back to 2 kilometres at zone 2, and the last 3 kilometres at zone 3. Here I only did two, as my mind took over in this interval and I only did 2 kilometres. I finished this interval at pace, followed by a kilometre of cooling down. On the route, I tried to continue with the hydration training that I have also been doing these days. It was a little more difficult for me, as it is always hard to run fast and stay hydrated at the same time.
Thank God today's route was cool. It's one of my favourite routes with slight inclines. It's a very pleasant route, plus it has the best view in the world: the sea. Even though I didn't finish the whole training session, I felt satisfied with my performance. Now I have to practise this type of training more to stay longer in zones that are hostile to the body and mind.
Well, we'll continue with our training sessions. See you soon.
