Ya a pocos dias de la CAF 2026, voy cerrando entrenamientos, para hoy el objetivo eran realizar 18 series de 200 mts, con 40 segundo de descanso. Un trabajo bien dinamico y divertido me los disfrute mucho, las series no son mi enyrenamiento favorito, pero hoy me las disfrute mucho. Inicie mi entrenamiento con un poco de calentamiento en casa, luego me fui al estadio y le di 3 vueltas al estadio. Cuadre el entrenamiento de intervalos en el reloj, y comence el juego de velocidades cortas. Las primeras series la realice de tal forma de mantener un balance corrceto de la energia y poder llegar a las 18, que aqui estaria el exito del entrenamiento llegar hasta el final.

Al terminar las primeras 10 series, me hidrate, y recarge energias con un bocadillo de platano. En estas series es mas facil dominar la mente, ya que uno le dice es poco metros, es rapido, como eran 200 mts, me decia voy avanzando de mitad a mitad del estadio, fue realmente facil distraer la mente para llegar a las 18 series. Al culminar las series me hidrate, y me fui enfriando hasta llegar a casa. Me fui satisfecha con el trabajo realizado y culminar con exito las 18 series, nunca antes habia realizado esta cantidad de series de 18, se veia un numero alto, pero me dije no imposible. Al revisar la aplicacion del reloj, me di cuenta que fue un trabajo casi 50 % zona 5 y 50 % zona 4, estando entre los limites para este tipo de entrenamiento. Si que es un entrenamiento bien activo, sin tanta tortura jejejeje.

Sets aren't my favorite type of training, but today I really enjoyed them. I started my training with a little warm-up at home, then I went to the stadium and ran three laps around it. I set the interval training on my watch and started the short speed game. I did the first sets in such a way as to maintain a good balance of energy and be able to reach 18, which would be the success of the training, to get to the end.

After finishing the first 10 sets, I hydrated and recharged my energy with a banana snack. In these sets, it is easier to control the mind, since you tell yourself it's only a few meters, it's fast. Since they were 200 meters, I told myself I was moving from one half of the stadium to the other. It was really easy to distract my mind to reach the 18 sets. When I finished the sets, I hydrated and cooled down until I got home. I left satisfied with the work I had done and successfully completing the 18 sets. I had never done this many sets before, and it seemed like a high number, but I told myself it wasn't impossible. When I checked the app on my watch, I realized that it was almost 50% zone 5 and 50% zone 4, which is within the limits for this type of training. It is a very active workout, without too much torture, hehehehe.
