Ubicándome ya en mis zonas de trabajo🔥🔥🙏🏽🏃🏽♀️💞

Saludos amigos
ENGLISH VERSION
Greetings friends
The start of the last week of 2025. And what better way to start it than with a few kilometres outdoors enjoying the weather and the beautiful nature? What a blessing to be able to jog by the sea. The goal for today's training was 12 kilometres at a comfortable pace, adapting to my watch to better control my pace and heart rate, which I have neglected in recent races, with consequences. We started our training at 6:00 am, and it was still dark, but as it got lighter, we went through a safe area, and since we were going to do more kilometres and didn't want to go too far, we went up a little and then down. Thank God it cleared up after about 10 minutes. For the first few kilometres, I monitored my heart rate to keep it below 140. When it rose a little, I breathed and lowered the intensity. I also went jogging without headphones, which has been affecting me a lot. It is hard to jog without listening to music, but it is time to give it up for a while, as it affects me and I cannot concentrate on my breathing. Well, I actually felt good jogging without headphones, as I was more connected to my surroundings.
When we reached the most beautiful spot on this route, we stopped for a few minutes to take some photos. There were some very friendly ladies who offered to take some photos for us. They were very happy to see us, as one of them used to jog but had stopped, and I imagine she felt nostalgic. They also loved that we were wearing matching outfits, which makes a big impression and speaks to our happiness and connection as a couple who enjoy jogging together. On the way back, the alarm on my watch started to sound, indicating that my heart rate was rising above 155. I set an alert there, as I was entering zone 5, and I can't sustain this zone for long. This was one of the big mistakes I made in my last races, but thank God I now have a watch that monitors my heart rate, and I hope, in God's name, to control my zones better so I can improve. I finished today's training well, checking that I was spending a lot of time in zone 4. I need to stay more in zone 3, but we are working on these details that are so important to my performance as a runner. In total, today I ran 11.89 kilometres at an average pace of 6:23 min/km. Well, we continue training for the 2026 CAF marathon.
And so we continue with our training. See you soon.
