Dia Miercoles por la tarde, con un clima muy ameno, algo humedo, sali a entrenar, sali sola ya que mi esposo estaba algo indispuesto, por lo que me fui a mi ruta segura cuando salgo sola a trotar, ya que es una ruta transitada, y por donde entrenan muchoc corredores, porque es la ruta mas hermosa, la que da al mar. Para el dia de hoy me plantee 8K a ritmo suave, inicie los primeros kilometros manteniendo un ritmo entre 6:30 - 6:00. Por la via me encontre varios runners estaba bien transitada la ruta. Ya al retornar se estaba haciendo algo oscuro, ya que esta oscureciendo bien temprano, por lo que hay que salir aun mas temprano a entrenar cuando nos toca en la tarde.


Al retornar, entre en una conversacion conmigo misma, aun lamentando un poco no poder haber culminado como queria mi ultima carrera, me decia a mi misma bueno que me paso, son tantas cosas las que influyeron, pero la que creo que mas influyo fue llevar varias noches sin dormir, algo que me afecta muchisimo, debo tener esto en cuenta para proximas carreras. Si que es muy importante descansar, influye muchisimo cuando le exigimos al cuerpo. Y bueno estaba como sacando el despecho de ese dia, quizas porque estaba sola y me concentre aun mas en recordar ese dia.


Y bueno seguimos de maner disciplinada con los entrenamientos, construyendo la base para las proximas carreras.

On Wednesday afternoon, with very pleasant weather, somewhat humid, I went out to train. I went alone because my husband was feeling a bit under the weather, so I took my usual route when I go jogging alone, as it is a busy route where many runners train because it is the most beautiful route, overlooking the sea. For today, I planned to run 8K at a gentle pace, starting the first few kilometres at a pace of between 6:30 and 6:00. I met several runners along the way; the route was quite busy. On the way back, it was getting a little dark, as it gets dark quite early, so we have to go out even earlier to train when we have to do so in the afternoon.

On the way back, I had a conversation with myself, still lamenting a little that I hadn't been able to finish my last race the way I wanted to. I told myself, "Well, what happened to me? So many things influenced it, but I think the biggest factor was not sleeping for several nights, something that affects me a lot. I must keep this in mind for future races. It is very important to rest; it has a huge impact when we demand so much from our bodies. And well, I was kind of getting over the disappointment of that day, perhaps because I was alone and I focused even more on remembering that day.


And well, we continue to train in a disciplined manner, building the foundation for the next races.
