Saludos amigos runners. Hoy l nos toco entrenamiento de intervalos, les confieso que bueno, iba sin ningun tipo de plan especifico, solo me dije vamos a ver cuanto aguanta mi cuerpo, y sobre todo mi mente, ya que no se como me iba a responder el cuerpo, y no quería exigirme tanto, y también porque estaba limitada de tiempo, tenia que ir a trabajar, por lo que me dije, bueno veremos que sale. Para realizar el entrenamiento de series fuimos al estadio, llegamos a las 6:10 am, y aun estaba oscuro, aun sigue amaneciendo tarde. Inicie mi entrenamiento con un calentamiento de 1,91 kilómetros, me hidrate y comencé con el trabajo de intervalos.

Greetings, fellow runners. Today we had interval training. I confess that I didn't have any specific plan. I just told myself, “Let's see how much my body can take, and especially my mind,” since I didn't know how my body would respond, and I didn't want to push myself too hard. Also, I was limited on time because I had to go to work, so I told myself, “Well, we'll see how it goes.” To do the interval training, we went to the stadium. We arrived at 6:10 a.m., and it was still dark. Dawn is still coming late. I started my training with a 1.91-kilometer warm-up, hydrated, and began the interval work.


Comencé con la primera serie pensaba en mi mente hacerla de tres mil, pero solo llegue a dos mil mantuve en zona n4 en un 83 %, con un ritmo promedio de 5:28 min/ Km, me recupere 3 minutos, y segui con la segunda serie en esta ocasión de 1 kilometro, un poco ya mas fatigada manteniéndome en zona 5 un 77%, a un ritmo promedio de 5:40 min/ Km, tome dos minutos de recuperación, segui con la ultima serie pensé en hacer 800 mts, pero llegue a 770 mts, aqui la mente tuvo el mando, porque ya no quería seguir mas y pare, el ritmo promedio esta ultima serie de 5:35 min/Km. luego realice un enfriamiento desde le estadio hasta llegar a casa de 980 mts.

Culmine mi sesion satisfecha cumpliendo con los entrenamientos necesarios para la semana, ya cada vez mas cerca del gran dia, mi segunda participación en el CAF 2026.


I ended my session satisfied, having completed the necessary training for the week, and now I'm getting closer and closer to the big day, my second participation in CAF 2026.
