My Actifit Report Card: January 12 , 2023

Finally today I was able to practice Yoga once again after almost a month of not being able to do so. For so many reasons one of these was laziness 😂. But of course I also got valid ones like being sick for a week.

But thank God today I was able to do it.

I made sure I did a little documentation with my self-practice today. There was no virtual class.

Of course, I also did house chores as always.
