My Actifit Report Card: June 5, 2023

Hello Friends!

Here's another Actifit report! I walked today, to and fro our children's school. My routine every school day, send and pick them up to school. It was cloudy this morning and so my daughter and I agreed to just walk instead of riding a tricyle.

It was still early when we reached the school campus. We waited for a few minutes before my second daughter got inside her classroom.

While waiting, I took a few snaps of the Santan flower nearby.

What a beauty! Then it was time to go home. I now have our 6-year old daughter with me. She's done with class. We also walked our way home.

The rest of the day, I did some house chores and also went to the grocery store with my husband.

I have a childhood memory with Santan flower. We used to join together the stalk of the flower and form them into a bracelet. I also remember there was a white liquid from the stalk that had a milky taste. Who can relate?🙂
