My Actifit Report Card: November 16 2023 | Walking, cats and dogs. (EN-TR) Yürüyüş, kedi ve köpekler.

How are you feeling today? I feel good today. The weather is a bit gloomy today, but yesterday the weather was sunny and beautiful. The previous day's weather forecast was that it would be rainy for yesterday, but when the sun came out, people started to go out and take walks outside. So we did.

Bugün nasıl hissediyorsunuz? Ben bugün iyi hissediyorum. Bugün hava biraz kasvetli ama dün hava güneşli ve güzeldi. Önceki gün hava durumunda dün için havaların bol bol yağmurlu olacağı beklentisi vardı ama güneş açınca insanlar dışarı çıkıp dışarıda yürüyüşler yapmaya başladı. Biz de öyle yaptık.

The weather was beautiful outside yesterday. It was sunny and we were sweating a little because we were climbing uphill. Such a hot day in the middle of November was truly an astonishing thing. Yes, it was because of global warming, but we were still happy.

Dışarıda havalar çok güzeldi dün. Güneşliydi ve yokuş çıktığımız için terlemiştik biraz. Kasım ayının ortasında böyle sıcak bir gün gerçekten şaşırtıcı bir şeydi. Evet küresel ısınma yüzünden ama yine de mutlu olmuştuk.

There was a large shopping mall at the end of the hill. They put the Turkish Flag and Ataturk posters in the front of the shopping mall. It looks very nice. And the inside of the mall was beautiful too. It's great to see a few rainbows on the ceiling.

Yokuşun sonunda büyük bir Alışveriş merkezi vardı. Alışveriş merkezinin ön kısmına Türk Bayrağı ve Atatürk posterleri koymuşlar. Çok güzel görünüyor. Ve alışveriş merkezinin içi de çok güzeldi. Tavanda birkaç tane gökkuşağı görmek harika.

We sat down to drink filter coffee in the shopping mall and such a cute dog was sleeping where we sat. It was really good to see such a cute dog right next to us. I love dogs and cats very much. Especially friendly and calm dogs are very sweet. This cute dog would wake up from time to time and look at us, then go back to sleep.

Alışveriş merkezinde filtre kahve içmek için oturduk ve oturduğumuz yerde böyle sevimli bir köpek de uyuyordu. Tam yanımızda böyle sevimli bir köpek görmek gerçekten çok iyiydi. Köpekleri ve kedileri çok severim. Özellikle dost canlısı ve sakin köpekler çok tatlıdır. Bu sevimli köpek ara sıra uyanıp bize bakıyordu sonra da geri uyuyordu.

After drinking coffee, we started walking towards the beach, which was our main destination. We walked a lot there and took approximately 9887 steps. It was a pleasure for me to take nearly 10,000 steps in another day yesterday. Because I stayed at home some days this week and couldn't walk outside at all.

Kahve içtikten sonra asıl yürüyeceğimiz yer olan sahile doğru yürümeye başladık. Orada bol bol yürüdük ve yaklaşık 9887 adım attık ikimiz de. Bir gün daha yaklaşık 10.000 adım atmak benim için mutluluk vericiydi dün. Çünkü bu hafta bazı günler evde kaldım ve hiç dışarıda yürüyüş yapamadım.

Walking is really important to me. From now on, I will walk every day, even if it is at least 2,000 steps. My real goal is to take at least 10 thousand or 15 thousand steps a day, but even if I can't go out at all, I'm thinking of taking at least 2 thousand steps to go to the market or walk even if it's short. This would be both healthy and practical for me.

Benim için yürüyüş yapmak gerçekten çok önemli. bundan sonra her gün en az 2.000 adım olsa bile yürüyeceğim. Gerçek hedefim günde en az 10 bin ya da 15 bin adım atmak ama eğer hiç dışarıya çıkamazsam bile en azından markete gitmek ya da kısa da olsa yürümek için 2 bin adım atmayı düşünüyorum. Bu hem sağlıklı hem de pratik olur benim için.

I will continue to take photos while walking and share them with you. I'm thinking of going to the beach again soon and taking a walk. Maybe I'll walk from the beginning to the end of the beach. Even if the weather is cold, I will walk because I really care about my health. Take care and see you! 🤗
