Hallo liebe Community,

Gestern habe ich doch glatt vergessen meinen Bericht zu posten.

Tja waren auch nur etwas über 5.000 Schritte am Sonntag, da habe ich auch mein Ziel von 10.000 nicht geschafft.

Gestern habe ich meine 10.000 wieder geschafft da ich bereits recht früh die 5.000 geschafft hatte.

Weiterhin durch Steppen mit Hanteln. Heute hatte ich tatsächlich auch etwas Muskelkater naja oder sowas in der Art.
