Mein Senfs Actifit-Report-Card: November 10 2021
Hallo liebe Community,
Es ist wieder eine Woche um, wahsinn wie die Zeit momentan doch vergeht.
Somit war es heute morgen wieder an der Zeit mal auf die Waage zu gehen.
Mein Gewicht hat sich wieder resuziert um weitere 600 Gramm.

Inzwischen habe ich 4,4 kg abgenommen. Mein Ziel bis Jahresende 10 kg abzunehmen sollte somit macjbar sein, auch wenn natürlich Weihnachten und viele Leckereien mir sicherlich etwas in die Quere kommen werden.
Vielleicht habt ihr ja für mich Tipps, wie ich dem entkomme. An den Nordpol auswandern ist dabei leider keine Option.
So, nun muss ich noch etwas aktiv werden, da ich heute noch nicht die 10.000 Schritte geschafft habe, da ich leider gestürzt war und mich wegen etwas Schmerzen nicht so bewegen konnte.
