Mein Senfs Actifit-Report-Card: November 15 2021

Hallo liebe Community,

Hier mein Actifit-Bericht für gestern Montag den 15.11.2021. Habe gestern wieder mal die 10.000 geschafft, aber nicht mein neues von mir vorgenommenes Ziel von 12.000-13.000 Schritten.

Das ist doch gar nicht so einfach obwohl ich wirklich viel schon am steppen bin, habe das gefühl je mehr ich mache desto weniger werden die Schritte gezählt.

Naja das wichtigste ist aber ja das mein Gewicht weiterhin runter geht. Übermorgen werde ich mich ja wieder wiegen und von berichten, mal schauen ob ich dann -5 kg geschafft habe oder noch nicht.
