Mein Senfs Actifit-Report-Card: November 19 2021

Hallo liebe Community,

Tja gestern habe ich wieder bur etwas über 5.000 Schritt geschafft, nun lag daran, dass wir unterwegs waren und nicht daheim, so dass ich mal wieder nicht meine Steppübungen machen konnte.

Damit habe ich es diese woche nicht geschafft im schnitt über 12.000 Schritte zu sein, da heute auch nur die 5.000 kmapp geknackt werden. Da müsste ich morgen schln ordentlich was zusammenbekommen, über 20k glaube ich. Das werde ich wohl kaum schaffen.

Aber ich werde mit mühe geben, das ich morgen wieder mehr Schritte habe.
