Gestern hat nicht viel gefehlt und ich hätte die 5 k Marke geschafft. Da hätte ich mich nochmal etwas bewegen sollen, bevor ich ins Bett bin war aber zu kaputt, was momentan ja schon Dauerzustand ist :(
