Meine kaputte Hüfte macht doch immer autsch. Wenn ein chronisches Leiden mal aktiv wird......
Meine heutigen Wege waren vom Bett zum Kühlschrank, zum Klo auf die Couch, wieder ins Bett...., ENDLOSSCHLEIFE!!!!!!!

DAFÜR HABE ICH AM HEUTIGEN TAGE ABER AUCH BEI JEDEM KLEINEN BABYSCHTITTCHEN das Smartphone mitgeschleppt - tue ich sonst nie.

BLÖDE FRAGE, oder auch schlaue???!

Läuft ACTIVIT auch auf einer SmartWatch?
Das wäre ja um einiges komfortabler als andauernd das Telefon mitführen zu müssen.
