My Actifit Report Card: June 26 2022
Not so many steps today because my sprained ankle is not yet 100% healed. Had to take it easy because I can still heae the bones pop and there's still some pains when I force my weight upon it.
And the injury is courtesy by this little grassy gap on the pavement where we park out motorcycles. I stepped on the edge of it and sprained my ankle causing me to stumble into the ground. And yes, it was a big thud.
