My Actifit Report Card: January 9 2021
Good evening actifitter I hope you're having another awesome day training hard! I'm still in the middle of a training session but as I've hit the 10,000 goal I thought I'd give it a post now so I don't forget.
Today was an absolutely beautiful day with a glorious sunset along the wet lands near our daily bike ride. It was abit warm so couldn't be bothered cooking anything heavy so we opted for some Spaghetti Bolognase.
Home made, a recipe my grandmother handed down to me and one I continue to make.
I'm in the middle of a Bicep and Shoulders work out so I'm going to run off and get back to it.

I spent my day cleaning rainwater pipes and the drains. I wanted to go for a bike ride but it was too sunny so I gave up the idea. I see you are a fitness freak!
