VALLONE Fires on All Cylinders

It's been a busy week here at VALLONE and we're firing on all cylinders with a lot underway.

We're 6 weeks 5 days out from comp date and we've hit a little bit of a snag due to having to work and missing a few training sessions. We've gone up to 78kgs but unsure if it is due to the Creatine Loading I am currently trialing. Creatine inflates muscle mass and brings in a lot of water retention. While my weight is up my muscles look a lot larger so hopefully it is just the creatine and not fat.

We've also seen the first test of our embroided gym towels which are premium cotton. We went a larger size to fit over gym equipment and unlike microfiber towels which are cheap and really poor for your skin. cotton is a lot better and softer and won't dry your skin out. They do require regular washing and not to be left to rot in your gym bag or they will smell.

NRL Victoria is also putting on a charity event and were looking for sponsors while we are only at start up and we don't have the cash to splash around we have still sent our famous pre workout and plant based protein powder to raffle off and hopefully raise some much needed funds. We're business that believes in community and wants to do our fair share of providing opportunities to others and do as much as possible.

Since I have stopped running and focused on stepper machine in order to build my legs we're starting to see some further development. This won't be enough to grow my legs for the comp in 6 weeks time but overall if we continue to train hard we will see some development taking place in about 6 months time.

We're excited about the end of the year with some further discussions with a few stores to stock our products as many peoeple are reporting that it has "insane pumps" we are one of the strongest pre workouts currently on the market and we need to focus on marketing our product. Hopefully this time next year we will see some significant growth and change.
