Another month has gone by in my sorare journey, and I will closely monitor and transparently share all my earnings in sorare via these posts.

February 1st, 2022 Gallery Value – 0.82 ETH ($2076)

It's been two months since the last update as I was on holiday at the time. Lots have happened since the previous update:

• I have sold all my Limited-edition cards as I have decided to focus on Rare cards exclusively.
• Winter break (3 – 4 weeks) has come and gone for the leagues (Eredivisie and Belgium Pro League).
• I purchased a Rare GK (most expensive purchase 0.3 ETH to date on Sorare), and as insurance, I bought the two backup GKs in case the starting GK loses his starting place. These purchases will allow my team not to rely on the Common GKs and the penalties you incur by playing them.
• There have been lots of churns the past two months in my gallery. I am continuously on the lookout for undervalued players who will perform well in the upcoming weeks, shift them on for a profit and then find a replacement.

Sorare Deposits – December 2021 & January 2022 ($0)

No further deposits over the past two months. The price of ETH has decreased from the highs of $4500 to ranging now in the $2500 zone but making do with what I have deposited in.

December 2021 & January 2022 Gameweek Rewards – 0.05 ETH ($126.5)

Over the past two months, I hit the 205 points threshold once securing 0.01 ETH and hitting the 250+ points threshold twice securing 0.04 ETH prizes. No cards were won even though I was 4 points away from securing my first Rare card prize, but no such luck!

December 2021 & January 2022 Trading Earnings – 0.02 ETH ($50.60)

The past two months have been very volatile, and frankly, I bought badly, especially in December 2021. Two cards that I splashed out 0.25 ETH lost their starting positions, and I had to cut my losses (-0.09 ETH) on both deals and move on. Thankfully I managed to recover my losses and still managed to turn a small profit over the past two months.

Been a weird two months on sorare as there were periods where there was so much activity in terms of gameweeks trading, but then we had the winter break and holiday, which stalled a lot of progress. Overall, still happy with the progress being made and chuffed to finally have landed a Rare GK, which is notoriously always the most expensive purchase for most players.
