Hiking with …. a runny nose. My Actifit Report Card: March 26 2023
Weird thing going on with my body. The last three nights were difficult due to stuffed nose. Yet, when I hiked during the day, I felt ok and could enjoy our three days hiking in the mountains (a bit of runny nose is not a deterrent for me). Nothing difficult, some 15km each day, with about 500m of total elevation gain.
Mind that weather wasn’t as nice as pictured above. It was typical March - a mixture of sun, rain and snow plus some chilly winds.
Normally people with a common cold tend to stay indoors and get warm. I, however, felt really bad indoor but the more I spent out there in the capricious weather, the better it felt. Weird indeed.
