@manuvert and other fans of winter - here it is for good in the mountains where I hike. All white over 800m asl and looking at weather forecasts, it’s going to stay there.
Below 800m asl the autumn tries to fight back but it’s doomed.

Good to know. I live in Florida but it has gotten cold enough for thermals but not too often.
