I am really glad I had volunteered for walking two dogs in the mornings. They give an excellent opportunity to start the day with 7-10k steps. Then, after work (home office), it’s not that challenging mentally to aim for 30k. This threshold is what I had assumed would be a good challenge for my formidable opponents this week in @poliac. I was right with @danmaruschak and @benbow2017. Yesterday my rival was @cezary-io. Looking forward to seeing his step count.
