I can walk 42km in the mountains but I cannot fold my body in half (head on knees in a sitting position), which my instructor (69 yrs old lady) easily can...
I need to stretch my muscles if I want to keep on hiking

To do that (head on knees in a seating position), first I will have to remove my large stomach!😅
