michelmake just finished a 18.99km ride, that lasted for 58 minutes.
This ride helped michelmake burn 637.0 calories.

Description from Strava: Already for a while my training schedule told me to set the bar with an FTP test. This would have been the first one since at least a year. Basically I had no clue what my FTP was. I had guestimated it at 240z Today I tried a test on the good old i door trainer and pushed it to 243 in a 20 minute test. Not bad for my guestimation eh! The downside is that my FTP is 30 Watt below what it used to be. The good thing, there’s room for improvement 😎

What's your weight? Seems like you've got some nice numbers there. I've never done an FTP test myself. If I can get up to your ftp that would put me in the 3.8w/kg

Awesome! Btw, what kind of training do you generally follow? Anything specific?
I'm cross-training with swimming and it's amazing.
