Hello to all active y. Even though it’s quite warm today, I still managed to complete 10k actifit steps. I have not reached this activity in a long while.

I had some deep fried pork with dried okra and fresh tomatoes at dinner to replenish my energy. Avoiding some carbs until tomorrow. Wishing everyone a Satisfied Saturday. Stay fit!
