Mi informe de Actifit: septiembre 25 2025 SWC

Hola a todos mis amigos de SWC espero que se encuentren muy bien en el día de hoy en esta otra ocasión les vengo a traer mi realización de los pasos de Actifit los cuales son aproximadamente 5000k pasos que complete por la mañana de este día dónde me sentí bastante motivado para darle de una gran manera y disfrutar de la mañana, el comienzo de un gran día en nuestras vidas y que mejor que comenzar eso con un buen trote por la mañana así uno libera varias toxinas de los días anteriores y uno puede tener un día mucho más activo y productivo en vez de tener una rutina un poco floja como pararse algo tarde como a las 10 o 11 de la mañana pues son horas las cuales ya han pasado la hora del desayuno o también se desperdician de realizar otro típo de actividades exceptuando el trote pues uno puede enfocarse esas horas luego del trote en estudiar, trabajar, leer un libro, hacer un buen desayuno nutritivo para uno que es deportista, etc... La verdad es que me gustó esta mañana ya que me sentí bastante rápido en el trote, no me cansaba en ningún momento y me sentí bastante enfocado pues de esa forma mi resistencia aumenta notablemente como en mis entrenamientos pues me sentiré ligero y más activo por el gran hábito saludable que tiene pararse a esta hora y trotar aproximadamente a las 6 o 7 de la mañana, asi uno irá acostumbrando su cuerpo a un gran horario para que más adelante sea un gran beneficio al futuro de uno, pues me gustó realizar los pasos de esta gran manera y espero seguir demostrando un gran nivel en trote y completando los pasos siempre en Actifit 🏃🏻❤️.

Hello to all my friends of SWC I hope you are very well today on this other occasion I come to bring you my realization of the Actifit steps which are approximately 5000k steps that I completed in the morning of this day where I felt quite motivated to give it a great way and enjoy the morning, the beginning of a great day in our lives and what better way to start that with a good jog in the morning so one releases several toxins from the previous days and one can have a much more active and productive day instead of having a somewhat loose routine like getting up a little late like 10 or 11 in the morning because those are hours which have already passed breakfast time or are also wasted doing other types of activities except jogging because one can focus those hours after the jog on studying, working, reading a book, making a good nutritious breakfast for one who is an athlete, etc ... The truth is that I liked this morning since I felt quite fast in the jog, I did not get tired at any time and I felt quite focused because This way, my endurance increases noticeably, just like in my workouts, because I'll feel light and more active due to the great healthy habit of getting up at this time and jogging at approximately 6 or 7 in the morning. This way, one will accustom one's body to a great schedule, which will be of great benefit to one's future. I enjoyed doing the steps in this great way and I hope to continue demonstrating a high level of jogging and always completing the steps in Actifit 🏃🏻❤️.
