My Actifit Report Card: May 12 2025: PLAYING FOOTBALL WITH CHILDREN IS VERY EXCITING.

Good day wonderful members of actifit community, how is your day going this afternoon, I hope it is really going great and slendid for you friends.

So today, I decided to have some fun exercise with some children in the compound today, and the exercise was a football training, in which the ball will be passed from one person to another, and vice versa, it was really an interesting one indeed, because the children was very happy and excited to play the football game, infact take a look at the picture below to see the fun we had;

So I was very excited to hit more than 5000 actifit counts today while playing the ball

And was also able to also exercise my body a little and to make it fit to do any work at all, infact it was all fun filled and great.
