Hola hola Comunidad😘 Feliz lunes!! Para muchos el mas odiado de todos, porque deben volver a la rutina, a sus trabajos donde no estan conformes etc etc! Pero para otros es sencillamente un nuevo comienzo, una semana mas de oportunidades, y yo tengo el privilegio de ser del segundo grupo. 💪 asi que aqui andamos enfocadita en la actividad fisica sobretodo porque este fin de semana fue de comer mucha tortica😂 asi que hay calorias de mas por ahi jaja

Hoy realicé una rutina enfocada en el abdomen! Una parte que sin duda despues de todo lo que se estiró la piel en el embarazo, debo fortalecer, a sabiendas que principalmente en la cocina es que voy a lograr esto! Pero ese 20% de ejercicio tambien ayudan!! Asi que hoy les muestro la variacion en el burpee para enfocarlo un poco mas en el abdomen!! Mi meta es hacer 100 diarios, con variaciones para enfocar en distintas areas del cuerpo!! He ido aumentando de diez en diez, hoy logré los 70💪 asi que vamos cerca!! Les explico como lo realicé👇👇

PASO 1|| STEP 1

Comenzamos el burpee normal, colocando nuestras manos en el piso, justo debajo de nuestros hombros, y damos un salto hacia atras, quedando totalmente en plancha, aca es muy importante que la espalda quede recta, no hacer una piramide, por eso es mantener las manos debajo de lo Hombros aparte de evitar lesiones nos ayuda a conseguir mas rapido la posicion correcta!

PASO 2 || STEP 2

Aca realice la variacion, normalmente aqui tocaría llevar nuevamente los pies hacia adelante con un pequeño salto, pero para enfocarlo mas en el abdomen, realicé un montain climber cruzado, llevando hacia adelante en sentido contrario cada rodilla y haciendo una respiracion fuerte por la boca al mismo tiempo que la rodilla va hacia el pecho

PASO 3 || STEP 3

Para finalizar ahora si llevamos los pies hacia adelante, lo mas cerca de nuestras manos que podamos, y nos ponemos de pie llevando las manos hacia arriba.

Al completar los 3 pasos seria 1 repeticion, en este caso como les comente arriba realicé 70, la meta es 100 diarios con distintas variaciones, como tip les dejo que no traten de hacerlos toooodos corridos, o pretender hacer 20 30 de una vez sobretodo si eres principiante, yo antes con una mejor condicion hacia de 10 en 10, hoy despues de tener a mi beba apenas hace 2 meses y entrenando bien desde hace poco por supuesto que no aguanto los 10 seguidos jaja asi que me voy de 5 en 5!! Manteniendo como siempre lo mas importante, la respiracion!! Al terminar realicé. 400 saltos de cuerda que cuentan como un poco de cardio💪 y por supuesto mi batido de proteina de recuperacion💪🏻💪🏻 porque mi mejor version espera por mi😅
