My Actifit Report Card: November 24 2021

Hi everyone! Last week, I said to my husband that I will restart exercising soon. It's because, I am easily gets tired when I use the stairs or if I carry something even if it's not that heavy. Today, I woke up early to exercise. I did some stretching before and after exercise. Aside from exercising, I watered the indoor plants. I bought this spray bottle in watering the plants. I walked in going to my clinic and in going home.
