Hola 👋🏾 amigos de Actifit, espero que hayan tenido un día muy bueno de actividades, de mucho movimiento y buena salud. Hoy fui a visitar a mis hijos y caminé bastante en el Reparto donde residen, pero fue bueno para cumplir mi reto diario.
Más tarde me trasladé hacia la ciudad a visitar a mi sobrino y su esposa, como me levanto muy temprano llegó un momento en que me quedé dormida pero al despertar pude ver al gato de la casa dormido también a mis pies, como si yo fuera de su confianza, es un gato muy arisco y nunca se queda en su sitio cuando me ve, pero esta vez me sorprendió mucho por acercarse a dormir a mi lado, a veces a los animales no hay quien los comprenda.
Ya tarde regresé a casa, ya mi esposo había regresado del trabajo y tuvo un día muy ajetreado, por lo que me dispuse a cocinar un plato súper rápido de acuerdo a lo que teníamos que no era mucho, arroz, picadillo y plátanos maduros. Muy poco pero siempre agradecemos porque hay muchas personas que tienen menos que eso. Agradezco a Dios por un día tranquilo compartido con la familia. 🫶🏾🥰 Bueno, sigan cosechando éxitos y manténganse siempre en movimiento.
