Hallo zusammen, heute ist unser letzter Tag und wir sind schon recht früh unterwegs, weil wir gegen 10 Uhr unser Zimmern räumen mussten. Unser blabla Bus fährt um 16:25 Uhr Richtung Hamburg. Und das heißt wir wollen unsere Koffer noch in ein Schließfach abgeben und noch mal schauen was noch so geht bis wir wieder zurückfahren.
Hello everybody, today is our last day and we are on the road quite early because we had to vacate our rooms around 10 o'clock. Our blabla bus leaves at 16:25 o'clock for Hamburg. And that means we want to leave our suitcases in a locker and see what else is going on until we drive back.
Die erste Überraschung kam sofort. Ein Polizeieinsatz, auf unserer Straßenbahnlinie. Wir mussten erst die andere Richtung fahren und lernten so Marzahn kennen.
The first surprise came immediately. A police action, on our tram line. We had to go the other direction first and that's how we met Marzahn.

Von da fuhren wir dann Richtung Westkreuz. Unser Bus fährt vom ZOB ab. Das ist aber gar nicht so einfach in Berlin. Es gibt mehrere ZOB. Und wir kriegten dann schnell heraus, dass es der bei den Messehallen ist und da fuhren wir dann auch hin.
From there we drove towards Westkreuz. Our bus departs from ZOB. But that is not so easy in Berlin. There are several ZOB. And we quickly found out that it's the one by the exhibition halls and that's where we went.
Da begegnete uns noch ein Wahrzeichen Berlins. Knapp 100 Jahre alt knapp 150 m hoch und wird von den Berlinern "Langer Lulatsch" (Fernsehturm) genannt.
There we met another landmark of Berlin. Nearly 100 years old nearly 150 m high and is called "Langer Lulatsch" (TV tower) by the Berliners.

Von da fuhren wir dann weiter Richtung Potsdamer Platz. Den wollte ich auch noch meinen Liebsten zeigen. Ich vergleiche den Potsdamer Platz immer ein bisschen mit Hamburg und HafenCity. Der Potsdamer Platz ist wirklich sehr sehr gut gelungen und Jung und Alt fühlen sich da sehr wohl.
From there we drove on towards Potsdamer Platz. I wanted to show it to my loved ones. I always compare Potsdamer Platz a bit with Hamburg and HafenCity. The Potsdamer Platz is really very well done and young and old feel very comfortable there.

Wir mussten uns dann auch sehr beeilen, dass wir unseren Bus um 16:25 Uhr kriegten. Es war sehr knapp aber wir schafften es.
Then we had to hurry very much to get our bus at 16:25. It was very close but we made it.

Unser/Our Bus "blablaBus"

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Rückfahrt, die knapp dreieinhalb Stunden dauerte. Der Bus hatte wie bei der Hinfahrt WLAN, Strom und USB Versorgung. So wie man es sich wünscht heutzutage. Und das alles für 5 € pro Person unbelievable!
We had a very pleasant return journey, which took almost three and a half hours. The bus had WLAN, electricity and USB supply, just like the outward journey. Just as one would like it nowadays. And all this for 5 € per person unbelievable!
Es war eine tolle Reise und ein wirklich schönes verlängertes Wochenende.
It was a great trip and a really nice long weekend.

Ja es war wunderschön aber natürlich auch anstrengend. Will demnächst mit Sohnemann noch mal alleine hin. Wir haben uns vorgenommen mit Inliner und schönen Wetter durchs Brandenburger Tor zu fahren. Und wenn wir uns das vornehmen dann machen wir das auch!
