Valentinstag - Über 20.000 Schritte - Valentine's Day - Over 20.000 Steps - Actifit Post - 2023-02-14

Hallo zusammen, heute habe ich über 20.000 Schritte geschafft. Mein Ziel ist es ja jeden Tag mindestens 10.000 Schritte zu machen und dann wird auch ein Actifit-Post veröffentlicht.

Hello everyone, today I have made over 20,000 steps. My goal is to make at least 10,000 steps every day and then an Actifit post will be published.

Wenn man so viel läuft sieht man natürlich auch viele schöne Sachen in der Natur. Als ich an dieser Aufreihung von Bäumen vorbei gegangen bin musste ich sie fotografieren mit dem Ziel sie auch mit euch zu teilen. Ich finde sie sind bemerkenswert gewachsen. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen dass sie jemand so gepflanzt hat. Es steckt ja immer eine Geschichte dahinter wo sich jeder Gedanken dazu machen kann. Ich finde es faszinierend und überlege mir dann meine eigene Geschichte dazu.

When you walk so much you see of course many beautiful things in nature. When I walked past this string of trees I had to photograph them with the aim of sharing them with you. I think they have grown remarkably. I can't imagine that someone planted them like that. There is always a story behind it where everyone can think about it. I find it fascinating and then I think about my own story about it.

Dann war ich heute noch kurz einkaufen, weil mir Kaffeeweißer fehlte. Ich trinke gerne Kaffee und habe mich an Kaffeeweißer gewöhnt und dieser ist mir sehr wichtig geworden. Heute habe ich mich wirklich erschreckt. Normalerweise kostet er um die 0,69,- Cent. Bezahlt habe ich heute 1,49,-. Wenn man einkaufen geht sieht man ja jeden Tag wirklich enorme Steigerungen was Lebensmittel kosten. Doch über 100% finde ich schon wirklich absolut unangemessen. Wir sprechen immer über hohe Energiekosten, doch das was wirklich unser Portemonnaie leer macht sind Lebensmittel.

Then today I was still briefly shopping because I was missing coffee whitener. I like to drink coffee and have become accustomed to coffee whitener and it has become very important to me. But today I was really scared. Usually it costs around 0,69,- cents. But today I paid 1,49,- for it. If you go shopping you see every day really enormous increases in what food costs but over 100% I find really absolutely inappropriate. We always talk about high energy costs, but what really makes our wallet empty are food.
