Gestern sind wir von unserem Kurzurlaub oder "Familienbesuchsurlaub" wieder zurückgekommen nach Hamburg. Das war eine schöne Zeit und wir haben einiges erlebt.

Yesterday we came back from our short vacation or "family visiting vacation" to Hamburg. That was a nice time and we have experienced quite a bit.

Ich hatte ja schon kurz in einen Actifit-Post berichtet, dass wir in Oberhausen waren und uns "Das Zerbrechliche Paradies" in dem Gasometer angeschaut haben. Dann waren wir noch schwimmen und natürlich Fußball Fußball und Fuẞball so wie das Wetter es zuließ.

I had already briefly reported in an Actifit post that we were in Oberhausen and watched "The Fragile Paradise" in the Gasometer. Then we were still swimming and of course soccer soccer and Fuẞball as the weather allowed it.

Und noch was haben wir gemacht was das ganze Jahr in Hamburg noch nicht möglich war. Wir haben einen Schneemann gebaut. Schneemann hört sich jetzt ganz schön groß an aber schaut selber.

And we did something else that was not possible in Hamburg all year. We have built a snowman. Snowman sounds pretty big now but look for yourself.

Ach ja und viele Schritte sind natürlich auch noch zusammengekommen. (knapp 17 K) Wir sind ja mit dem Zug gefahren und es war schon eine lange und anstrengende Reise.

Oh yes, and of course many steps have also come together. (just under 17 K) We went by train and it was a long and exhausting journey.

Man merkt, dass dem Revier die Kohle ausgegangen ist.
Aber, wenn der Schneemann auch gut mit einem Auge zurechtkommt, dann ist ja alles im grünen Bereich.
Wurde für das Einauge eine Lebensversicherung abgeschlossen? Oder zumindest eine Zusatzversicherung - allein schon wegen der Kosten beim Augenarzt. 😊

Irgendwie muss meine Kamera magische Kräfte haben. Als ich das Foto auslöste ist kurz vorher das Auge rausgefallen.
