Take it easy with that ankle. I actually think it can be okay to run with some injuries, but not if anything really hurts. It does my mind good anyway.
Thanks, Steve. It's weird, though. I ran early Saturday morning, and my ankle started feeling weird Saturday night. Sunday morning a bit, too. But I think the ocean swim sorted it out. Feeling good ever since. Resting today and will take the old girl for a spin tomorrow.
