Description from Strava: overcast morning and headed to the track. On the way there I was just plodding along but got my groove. Starting to finish off a lot stronger something I have not had energy for since I started running again. Going to keep on these 6kms and try to improve on time overall!!!

Well done. I would quite like a proper track to run on. I wonder if would be quicker on that sort of surface.

Thanks, Dude! The track is much easier on the joints, I must admit, than the unevenness of the road. I do miss the scenic road, though, and getting to a place, but this is the best place to run in my current neighbourhood without looking over my shoulder or being bothered by traffic.
