Well done! I find heat can be more of an issue than cold as there's only so much you can do to cool down. Just have to do what works for you.

Heat is definitely more of a challenge. But we just living in a world where we've got to roll with the weather. Just gotta hydrate more in the heat. Should maybe have some water handy!
