Took a jab at a freewrite today. A bit stressed so tjought i would indulge in some creative wrting. Have a look and let me know what you think.

Weekend Freewrite, Single Prompt: Alarm Bells

Alarm Bells are Ringing in my head. I lay frozen. Unable to move. Slowly I feel my throat closing. I'm finding it hard to breathe. You don't know I see you. You're not supposed to be in here. This is unnatural. But I'm not sleeping. I'm awake. You move about in the dark, thinking you are going unnoticed in my home. In my room. I'm afraid. But you are brave. Pouncing from the shelves with your piercing green eyes. Light as a feather, quick as a mouse. My bedside drawer is open. Lucky me. I rummage around quietly. I know it's in here somewhere. I always keep it handy as you never know when you might need them. I found it. I reach for the glass of water on my bedside table so I can take my allergy medication. Dman cat! Get out of my room!

Another day, another actifit! No workout today coz my legs are still stiff. But I didn't do too badly in terms of step count for a day of working from home. Back to back meetings but I'm making progress! Unearthing myself from my hole!
