Hey Hivers,

Hope you guys are having a good day so far.

It's been a long week for me. I'm sick again. It's only the first official winter month here in South Africa but I have already been sick 4 or 5 times. Starting in April. Man it's been a long time. With each recovery I hope to push through, I steat training and a week later I'm sick again.

Right now I just have a very bad cough. And it's keeping me up at night.

Fitness wise I feel like the pounds are packing back on. All the progress I made this year is going to be obsolete if I keep going this direction.

plan of action

Bought some immune boosters and taking them twice a day. Stocked up on vitamin c.

I alswyas neglect my water intake when immnot training which is always evident in my bad skin lol. so pushing that back up to 8 glasses a day at least.

Hopefully will heal up soon!

On a positive note. Did a bit of walking yesterday and got a decent Strp count!

I did look like a puffy eyes hobo, but that's okay. Progress to be made! Have a laugh on me.

I hope you are feeling better soon. Don't overdo it, but do get out and walk. Walking tends to help with the healing process, and doesn't involve bending which would only make you feel worse.

Do try to drink more, even if you need to put some flavor in it. That changes the whole experience :) ...

If all as fails we walk yes.

Does coffee count as flavour lol. I actually don't mind the taste of water. We are quite lucky here to have water points where we can collect fresh mountain spring water. 10x better than tap water and our tap water is one of the best in the world. It's just the cold weather that. Has me drinking less . But will make a point of it. Thanks for the encouragement. Really appreciate it. !PIZZA !LUV
