My Actifit Report Card: April 2 2023

Been a while since I posted. Been catching up on life and the month of Ramadan started just over a week ago. which means no eating and drinking from sunrise to sunset. Haven't had the motivation to squeeze in a workout despite my best efforts. I have also been suffering from bad coffee withdrawal and getting constant headaches. Even went to the doc to check it out just in case. Headaches have gotten better. But also still carrying on.

Thought I'd start activating again just to keep the posting habit going 😅

Took the kid for a little bike ride yesterday and got a little walkie in. She is getting the hang of al her bike so keen to take to the track with me while I run.
