Boxing Class and Actifit Update

Week 2 of boxing and it's going well. My gloves and wraps arrived just in time for my class tonight. Red gloves like Rocky, because I am a 90s kid and his the first that comes to mind when I think of boxing heroes. Obviously my influences are more Hollywood than real life, I shudder at the thought of being a perfect sheeple product. But hey, here's a pic of my products instead!

Class was good and I'm really enjoying it. The challenge the change of scenery and pace. Also great that the trainer is pretty great and motivational. I don't have to think of what to do next, he does it for me and comes up with fun new challenges with each class. Helps me get out of the house as well as train, I freelance and work from home. And also train from home most days. So it's a great change of pace!

Also, pretty confident it's going to help me get fit faster. Already not as sore as i was last week, despite pushing just as much! Small improvements! Despite me feeling like I'm in the remedial group in the class. This doesn't get me down though. I'm just here to burn them calories! And Burt 494 of them!

Here's to many more calories and kicking but!

The only boxing I've done was on the Wii Fit. I'd almost forgotten about that, but I'm tempted to get it out again.

Good for you, Ms. Pants. Cardio is crucial, a lot of people don't get it. Working out means muscle mass to generally everyone but only cardio like boxing works everything we can't see; the stuff we need to operate at our best: Lungs, heart, kidneys, intestines, et cetera.

I already punched myself in the eye in the second class! So no sparing for me! Just here to train and get fit! I also have no hand-eye coordination lol; this is challenging. But a welcomed challenge.

I'm just here for fitness! No intention of sparing right now! I already hit myself in the eye by accident, lol. But yeah, it's a good workout and gets me out of the house!

Luckily I don't drink, so not the calories I need to worry about. It's more the !PIZZA
