Fitness log - Day #6 Showing Up

Day 6, and we are still showing. Made time for a 30 minute workout today and smashed my goals. I really didnt feelikr it. Bit inknew inhad to. Just to make achieve ny minimum target. The most important thing is that i showed up. I did the things. And an feeling good. I shall do a measurement follow-up on Monday and see if there is any improvement. Holding thumbs!
