Quick Indoor Cycle #1

I just finished a 17.1km Indoor Cycle that lasted about 0hh:34mm:59ss !

Wanted to Run this morning but the Cape Argus Cycle Tour is blocking my route. So I opted for an indoor cycle for a quick workout.

Since my knee has been feeling a bit fragile, I might alternate this with running to avoid injury!
